About Our Internship Experience

Our program is designed for graduate students in the mental health counseling field who are seeking supervised clinical training and academic hours as part of their graduate education.

 

Whether you are just beginning your clinical training or continuing to build your experience, we aim to meet you where you are and support your growth at a steady and encouraging pace.

 

What You Can Expect

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Receive supportive, consistent supervision as you work toward your academic hours

  • Gradually build clinical confidence through observation, co-facilitation, and client work (as appropriate)

  • Participate in case consultation and thoughtful clinical discussion

  • Develop skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation

  • Work with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns

  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team

 

Our Approach to Training

Supervision and training are at the heart of your experience here. We aim to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring challenges, and reflecting on your growth as a developing clinician.

  • Enrolled in a graduate program in Mental Health Counseling 

  • Seeking academic hours as part of their clinical training

  • Ready to engage thoughtfully with clients and clinical work
