Our approach is holistic, supportive and empathetic. During therapy we focus on exploring how the mind, body and spirit are interconnected in an attempt to understand the person as a whole so that they can develop a greater sense of self.
During the collaborative approach between client and therapist they explore the underlying issues surrounding the client’s thoughts and emotions, their physical manifestations and spiritual understanding so that the client can develop acceptance of self.
We believe that just an hour of listening can help a client immensely reduce suffering. Our clinicians work with several issues, including, trauma, relationship stressors, depression, anxiety and many more. Our clinicians are eclectic and each treatment is individualized to fit the needs of the client.
